Kids and children are welcome at our Children's Muay Thai at Pro Muay Thai classes in Glasgow at Parklands Hotel and Country Club in Newton Mearns and Macabbi Centre in Giffnock. We also have Pro Muay Thai Instructors who train teach classess at Assassins Gym in Greenock too. We run specific kids Muay Thai martial arts classes in Glasgow designed to ensure your kids stays focussed and tailored to ensure your Muay Thai minis have fun in their training.

Our Kids Muay Thai classes are designed for children aged between 6 years and 13 years old. Whilst it is always good to get children involved in Muay Thai training at a young age, we typically recommend that your child should be at least 6 years old before starting their Muay Thai Boxing training. However, this varies depending on the individual child and we have had boys and girls as young as 5 years old train Muay Thai with us.

New clubs and classes can be daunting for children when they first start, but these fears are often overcome by the end of the first Pro Muay Thai class. At Pro Muay Thai, we tailor our Muay Thai classes to each child’s individual skill and aptitude, ensuring they gain confidence in their abilities and have fun as they progress in the martial art in a safe and friendly environment.
