Pro Muay Thai adult classes train at various times in and around Glasgow & Newton Mearns. Glasgow at the Parklands Hotel and Country Club (Parklands Gym) and other locations as below. The Parklands venue is a customer martial arts training venue within parklands Hotel and is fully matted out for an excellent Muay Thai training experience. All adults are welcome to attend any of our Muay Thai classes and the FRIST CLASS IS FREE.

Adult Class Age Restrictions

All levels of age (12+), experience and fitness welcome to join our Adult Muay Thai classes at various venues in Glasgow. Classes have a range of students from novices with no experience to competition fighters. We match the training we provide to your individual skill levels and ability.
