We are delighted to advise you that our indoor martial Arts and fitness classes are back on at Parklands in Newton Mearns and Macabbi Centre in Giffnock, Glasgow.
Kids Muay Thai, Juniors Muay Thai and Adult Muay Thai classes are all running as usual throughout the week and can be booked using the online booking feature.
Please ensure you are fit and healthy before attending training and if there is any doubt or you display any Covid-19 symptoms, please do not train. Rest and recover and return when you are fighting fit!
